'Karine is a trained professional supervisor registered with the Australasian Association of Supervisors and Chaplaincy Australia with over 15 years of ministry experience including cross cultural mission, pastoral care, discipleship and mentoring. Karine is fluent in Spanish and can provide supervision in both English and Spanish.’
Location & Cost
Karine is based in Wahroonga, NSW for in-person supervision or online over ZOOM.
Karine’s fee is $100 per session and is payable by invoice after the session.

Experience
Karine have experience in supervising chaplains, workers in pastoral ministry and cross-cultural ministry.
Karine is currently serving in pastoral ministry together with her husband at Wahroonga Presbyterian Church and as Co-Lead of SIM For Freedom, SIM’s global anti-trafficking ministry. She has been involved in cross cultural missions, pastoral ministries and mentoring for over 15 years.
From experience, Karine understands the privilege of serving in full-time ministry as well as the challenges that come with it. Passionate to see people flourish, Karine loves to journey alongside ministry workers to support sustainable and healthy ministry practice. She values supervision for the safe space it creates for ongoing reflective learning, support, and growth of the ministry worker.
