Phil is a pastoral supervisor who helps gospel ministers and educators meet every moment from a position of gospel clarity. He has a background in Primary and Secondary Education and decades of gospel ministry.

Phil has ministry experience in rural and regional contexts, understanding the challenges and isolation of solo pastors, as well as experience leading multi-staff ministry teams. He is an Associate Member of AAOS and an Approved Supervisor in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
