Dr Andrew Ball

Andrew is an endorsed Churches of Christ minister who has served as a local pastor and denominational leader accruing over 35 years of ministry.  He works with senior leaders and offers professional supervision, spiritual mentoring and facilitations in systems and church conflicts.  He has a strong pastoral heart and desires to help key leaders with complexity, healthy practice, wellness and spiritual aliveness! 

Location & Cost: 
Andrew lives in a tiny hamlet on the NSW Southcoast and does the majority of his professional supervision via ZOOM.  His fee is $160 per session payable by invoice after each session.  He recommends 8 sessions for pastoral workers each year.

Training & Qualifications: 
1979 - 1984 – Bachelor of Science with Honours (Chemistry and Pharmacology) 
1992 – Bachelor of Divinity 
2003 – Doctor of Ministry – Fuller Theological Seminary 
2020 – Grad Cert in Professional Supervision 

Experience: 
Andrew is blessed to have worked in multiple sectors prior to, and adjacent to pastoral ministry.  His board experience includes training and governance with the Australian College of Ministries, founding Youth Vision across Australia as State and National youth director, serving on the board of the Tops Conference Centre and serving many segments within religious charities.  He is passionate about spirituality, emotional health and holistic living, and intentionally seeks to help individuals orientate their ministry season.

Andrew also loves photography, reading, science, sourdough baking, bushwalking and adventure.
