The Ministry Wellness Report compares you with 2600 other Christian ministry workers from a variety of different Christian ministries (church based, university, schools etc), cultures and locations. Your result indicates possible areas of weakness and strength in your approach to sustainable long term ministry. Each aspect of ministy wellness is given a rating between VERY LOW to VERY HIGH in comparison to the 2600 sample. For example a result of LOW in Work/Home interferance places the respondent amongst the bottom 6.7% - 30.9% of ministry workers. The purpose of the rating is not to give exact stats on your wellness but to point out potential areas of growth in order to maximise your ability to thrive and endure in ministry.
